About your role

As our Sales Development Representative you will engage with potential customers and help them realise the benefits of joining Flecto. You grind through your targets and set a high paced volume of calls, building insightful connections and qualifying leads for demo.

You’ll also be the owner of the following initiatives:

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities and build a pipeline of qualified leads
• Transform thousands of conversations and touch-points into great notes and tasks into our CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions
• Continuously refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques
• Leverage industry knowledge to crack the code on B2B sales, particularly in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector.
• Contribute to our Growth Pod, consisting of MKT, Sales and Operations, sharing relevant insights to convert more deals and testing new approaches that help Flecto go faster
• Report directly to the Head of Sales, who will guide you growing inside Flecto

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, with 1+ years’ experience in high-volume outbound cold calling;
